St. Francis is located in Anoka County in southeastern Minnesota. The city is roughtly 30-miles north of Downtown Minneapolis. The city has a network of paved multi-use recreational trails that spans throughout the area. These pathways connect parks, schools, commercial areas and residential neighborhoods.
St. Francis has two major parks, Lake George County Park and Rum River North County Park. Each of the parks has a system of paved pathways for bike riding and walking. Rum River North County Park also has unpaved pathways. Other parks in the city include Community Park, Dell Wood River Park and The Ponds.
