The Colorado Front Range Trail is a group of designated recreational trails that someday will be part of a 876-mile long trail system that crosses Colorado from Wyoming to New Mexico along the Front Range to the east of the Rockies. Currently there are a number of constructed paved and unpaved trails that have the Colorado Front Range Trail designation. Currently there are still large gaps in the trail, especially south of the City of Fountain.

When complete the Colorado Front Range Trail will connect 15 major cities in 14 counties. This is a group effort between the Colorado State Parks and the local government agencies that manage each trail in the system.
