The cities are located conveniently adjacent to the main corridor along I-25 and have lovely views of the Indian Peaks Range to the west. This is a rapidly growing area along the Front Range and has expanded into numerous residential areas and commercial centers.

St. Vrain State Park is located on the west side of Interstate 25 just north of the three communities. The park has numerous unpaved walking paths, fishing, picnic and camping facilities. There is a fee for entering the park.

Firestone Trail & Old Railroad Trail

The Firestone Trail is a 6-mile long, mostly paved pathway that connects the three communities. For most of its route, the trail travels adjacent to Colorado Boulevard and has access paths into the residential neighborhoods, schools and parks along the way. The north portion of the trail heads to the northeast for about 1.8 miles. The trail is paved from Firestone Boulevard to the south.

At its south end, the route continues on the Old Railroad Trail within the Dacono area.

Milavec Reservoir Trail
