Regional Trails

The Conotton Creek Trail is a 14.4-mile long unpaved pathway that spans between the communities of Bowerston and Jewett in Eastern Ohio. The trail goes through farmland and small communities in the rolling hills of this area of Ohio.

The trail was constructed along an abandoned railroad right-of-way and has few street crossings and gentle grades. There is an historic covered bridge in Scio that is one of the trail's main attractions.

Conditions

The Conotton Creek Trail is unpaved with an improved surface of compacted crushed stone. The trail is open for bike riding, walking and running.

The Conotton Creek Trail goes past the communities of Bowerston, Conotton, Scio and Jewett.

End Points

The west end of the Conotton Creek Trail is located at the end of Broadway Street off of Boyce Drive in Bowerston.

The east end of the Conotton Creek Trail is located at the intersection of Cadiz Street and Water Street in Jewett.
