Eagan is located to the south of Minneapolis. The city is located to the east of Bloomington and the Mississippi River and just south of Mendota Heights.

Eagan has a large network of recreational trails that follow alongside the major roadways. There are also recreational trails within the many local parks and residential neighborhoods.

Lebanon Hills Regional Park

Lebanon Hills Regional Park is located to the south of Cliff Road on the south side of Eagan. The park has miles of unpaved hiking paths that wander through the woodlands and wetlands in the park.
