The Ichetucknee to O'Leno Trail is a 12-mile long paved path that is located to either side of Fort White in Northern Florida. The trail follows alongside U.S. Highway 27 from Ichetucknee Springs State Park to Fort White and then alongside SW Fellowship Street to State Highway 41. The route goes past farmland and forested areas.

Conditions

The Ichetucknee to O'Leno Trail is paved for the entire route and is open for bike riding, walking and running. The trail is located adjacent to the highway and does have a number of road crossings, but there is a buffer of vegetation between the trail and the road.

The Ichetucknee to O'Leno Trail  goes through Fort White and ends to the north of High Springs.

Suwanee River Greenway: the two trails come within 0.2 of a mile at west end of the Ichetucknee to O'Leno Trail at SW Riverside Avenue.

End Points

The west end of the Ichetucknee to O'Leno Trail is located at SW Riverside Avenue, at 4.8 miles west of the middle of Fort White.

The southeast end of the trail is located at SE Sprite Loop to the north of High Springs.
