St. Jones River Greenway

Dover is situated in the middle of Delaware. The city is the state capitol and is home to the Dover Air Force Base and Dover State University.

St. Jones Greenway

The St. Jones Greenway is a riverside pathway system within Dover. The future paved trail system will serve bicycles and pedestrians and will span 14-miles between Doveand Delaware Bay. The trail will serve as a connection for the urban, residential and rural areas of Kent Couty. Currently there is about 4.5 miles of the trail system which has been contructed within Dover to the northwest of the air force base.

Scarborough Road Multi-Use Path

Scarborough Road has a paved multi-use pathway that runs alongside it from Forrest Avenue to N. Dupont Highway. The pathway connects to the paved trail that wraps around the Delaware Technical Community College.
