Recreational trails for walking, running and cycling in Sedona, Arizona

Sedona is located in a beautiful area of towering red buttes and mesas and piñon pine covered hillsides in North Central Arizona. The city has world class restaurants and shopping with a lovely climate for most of the year. The elevation of Sedona is around 4300 feet or higher. The city is situated along State Route 89A and is under an hour's drive from Flagstaff.

Sedona has a wide variety of hiking paths that span out from the residential neighborhoods and wander around the adjacent hillsides. There are also trailheads nearby with hiking trails that lead into the more rugged back country.

Many of the major roadways in Sedona have multi-use paths that allow bikes and pedestrians for getting about town.
