The communities of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are located along the Gulf Coast of Alabama. This area is the location of Gulf State Park. The park has a network of paved trails that cross over 7 miles of the park. There is also a 5.7-mile long multi-use pathway adjacent to Fort Morgan Road for cyclists and pedestrians.

Six miles north of Orange Beach you can hike the trails at the Graham Creek Nature Preserve. The preserve encompasses over 500 acres of natural area and there are over 5-miles of paved and unpaved trails for exploring this area.
